A starting workflow
A clear business problem, baseline and recommendation, grounded in interviews and up to 12 agreed sources.
Establish the rules, responsibilities and controls for one workflow before committing to implementation.
Discuss an assessment →For operations and finance leaders deciding where AI can take responsibility, where people must retain judgment, and what needs to change first. Bring one business function. We compare up to three candidate workflows and examine one in depth.
Payment exceptions, supplier onboarding, refunds and contract exceptions are possible assessment scopes. They are not a claim that a finished AI worker exists for every workflow. Payments is our first implementation focus.
A clear business problem, baseline and recommendation, grounded in interviews and up to 12 agreed sources.
The rules, decision owners, evidence and exceptions that govern the work, with disagreements and unknowns recorded.
Permitted actions, approval requirements, limits, escalation routes and circumstances that must stop execution.
An economic assessment with explicit assumptions and a 90-day plan covering owners, prerequisites and acceptance measures.
You receive a concise strategy pack, an evidence appendix, an executive readout and one consolidated revision after your feedback.
Kickoff, up to four stakeholder interviews and evidence review. Compare candidate workflows, choose one and establish how it operates today.
Review findings with the process owner, establish delegation conditions, assess economics and deliver the plan and executive readout.
The schedule starts when the agreed evidence is available and interviews are booked. You provide an executive sponsor, a knowledgeable process owner and the agreed documents and participants.
ALEX helps establish a reviewed account of what governs the work. ACE checks supported action conditions before execution. The assessment identifies what needs to be established and tested before either can be relied on in your operation.
The recommendation may be to improve your existing process, use existing software, prepare further or proceed to an ALEX pilot. Ongoing model maintenance is a separate commitment.
US$1,500 at kickoff and US$1,500 on delivery. Applicable taxes are additional. The fee covers the bounded assessment, documents and readout. Implementation, production integrations, ongoing monitoring, legal advice and compliance certification are outside scope.
If you proceed to the US$7,000, eight-week payment-exception pilot for the same workflow, the assessment fee is credited where it replaces pilot discovery. The remaining scope and schedule are agreed in writing. Other workflow implementations require a separate proposal.
