A Worker owns a customer job. Not a task.

VERIDOM Workers run end-to-end business workflows against the shared operating model, staying with the work until it reaches a valid end or a legitimate boundary. A queue is not an ending.

The Worker principle

Each Worker inherits the company instead of rebuilding its own version of it.

The usual pattern is that every AI system arrives with its own prompts, its own retrieval, its own workflow logic, and so each one ends up learning a different version of the company. Two systems, two accounts of who can approve what. Neither of them wrong on its own terms. Both of them ungovernable together.

A VERIDOM Worker is not a separate system with its own idea of your company. Every Worker runs on the same model of how you operate, respects the same boundary, and writes to the same record.

Your AI Workers should share one current understanding of how your company operates, not maintain separate guesses about it.

Adding a Worker adds a workflow. It does not add another version of your company for someone to maintain.

What every Worker shares

The same model, boundary and record.

01

One authority map.

Who may approve, escalate or override. Established once, honoured by every Worker, and never re-derived from job titles when a new workflow starts.

02

One evidence standard.

What counts as a source, and what counts as sufficient to act. A Worker never invents a lower bar for itself because its workflow is inconvenient.

03

One refusal logic.

The same four things stop every Worker: authority that cannot be established, two sources that disagree, a decision resting on something that has since changed, and evidence that is not enough to act on.

04

One set of agreed facts.

Things that apply across the business, such as contracts, policies and customer rules, get confirmed once. Things specific to a single case stay with that case, and never quietly become a company-wide rule.

05

One propagation path.

When something upstream changes, every Worker that depended on it is affected at the same moment. Not whenever each one next happens to re-read.

06

One record.

Routing, authority and execution recorded the same way for every consequential action, so the audit doesn't change shape per workflow.

The portfolio

What runs today.

One Worker runs live business operations. Here is what it does, and what comes next.

Live

Order-to-Cash

Moves orders through evidence, invoicing, payment and exceptions under the company's current rules and authority. First, because the pain already has money attached to it: delayed invoices, unmatched payments, missing evidence, disputes and write-offs waiting on manual intervention.

Collections

Chases what is owed on the terms the contract actually sets, with the evidence for every claim already attached. It starts from the authority map and customer terms Order-to-Cash has established, rather than from a blank page.

The measure

What the second workflow gets for free.

Most of the cost of an AI deployment is not the software. It is the weeks spent working out which policy is current, who actually approves what, what your contracts say for this customer, and what counts as finished.

Do that once and it should not have to be done again. The authority map, the contract terms, the customer rules and the evidence standards established for the first workflow are there for the second. That is the difference between a portfolio that compounds and one that fragments.

Work makes the company more legible. Legibility makes more work delegable.
