You bring

A committed process owner and reviewer, a bounded set of approximately 8–12 usable sources, historical cases and an amendment to test.

We establish

An evidence-linked operating model, reviewed conditions and historical case replays with separate approval, ACE checks and simulated execution.

We measure

Material corrections, reviewer time, useful change impact and maintenance effort. Acceptance criteria are agreed before the pilot begins.

The initial pilot does not release live payments. Any later production deployment requires a separate agreement, customer-system integration and operational validation. We are pre-revenue and recruiting our first paid design partner.
